New Update By National Scholarship Portal For Pre Matric Students

In this update there is bad news for who are applied NSP scholarship 2022-23 National Scholarship Portal rejected most of the application because NSP has been applied new rules which is The Right To Education (RTE) Act 2009. 

The NSP scheme which means again no more NSP scholarship for who are studying in 1 to 8th according to new National Scholarship Portal rules (RTE act 2009) in feature only 9th and 10th students can only apply for NSP pre matric scholarship. 

In 2022-23 who are are applied for NSP pre matric scholarship only 9th 10th students application will be accepted other 1 to 8th NSP application will be rejected according to National Scholarship Portal New rules (RTE act 2009)

The Right to Education (RTE) Act, 2009 makes it obligatory for the Government to provide free and compulsory elementary education (classes I to VIII) to each and every child . Accordingly classes IX and X are covered under the Preonly students studying in Matric Scholarship Scheme of Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment and Ministry of Tribal Affairs. Likewise from 202223, the coverage under the Pre Matric Scholarship Scheme of Ministry of Minority Affairs only. The I nstitute Nodal Officer (I NO ) / shall also be for classes IX and X District Nodal Officer ( Officer ( SNO ) DNO ) / State Nodal may accordingly verify applications only for classes IX and X under the Pre Matric Scholarship Scheme of Ministry of Minority Affairs.
